Red Group Defense Systems LLC is driving the design, development, and integration of advanced technologies, analytics, and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance) solutions to ensure mission critical survivability.

In 2012, recognizing the growing threat of violence and the need for personal protection training, Campisano founded Three Shepherds Tactical. Since its inception, the mission of improving survivability through training expanded to include the engineering, integration and application of advanced surveillance technologies, intelligence, and exploitation. To reflect this broader vision, the company was rebranded as Red Group Defense Systems LLC in 2021.

Campisano has over 25 years experience in law enforcement, including 20 years as a deputy sheriff with the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office, and is currently assigned to the executive protection detail for the senior Magisterial District Judge of Indiana County.

Prior to his law enforcement career, Campisano served as multi-functional manager in the Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems (NE&SS) division of Lockheed Martin Corporation.

In addition to various professional memberships, Campisano maintains professional, technical, instructor, and firearm certifications.
