With over 25 years in law enforcement, including 20 years as a deputy sheriff,  Campisano currently serves as a Deputy Sheriff First Class with the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office. Assigned to the executive protection detail for the senior Magisterial District Judge of Indiana County, he is responsible for overseeing and maintaining daily physical security operations within the court.

Prior to his law enforcement career, Campisano was a multi-functional manager in the Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems (NE&SS) division of Lockheed Martin Corporation.

In 2012, recognizing the growing threat of violence and the need for personal protection training he founded Three Shepherds Tactical. Since its inception, the mission of improving survivability through training expanded to include the engineering, integration and application of advanced surveillance technologies, intelligence, and exploitation.

Passionate about the physical security industry, and to reflect a broader vision, he rebranded the company Red Group Defense Systems LLC, and partners closely with industry experts and system integrators to engineer innovative solutions and ensure mission success.
